Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile Hotel

We had a very good, well prepared meal made with really good local ingredients and accompanied by good wine from Alsace. The restaurant was excellent. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all superb. I didn't have any issues with parking as the valet did it and brought it back for us when we left. The hotel's convenient location close to many tourist attractions was a plus. The concierge were great in recommending and arranging activities for us. I'll recommend this hotel.

From the massage services to the sun terrace and garden area, everything was top-notch. the room advantages were remarkable, with private facilities that gave us the feeling of being in a royal palace. the restaurant served us exceptional in-room breakfast with special diet menus that satisfied all our taste buds. the bar/lounge area was also impressive, with a snack bar and packed lunches perfect for a quick bite.

There was only one minor issue: the air conditioning was a bit weak. But the service provided by the staff was outstanding, with a concierge who went above and beyond to help us with any issue we had.

The hotel's lobby and bar area were lively and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the turn down service was a nice touch, creating a cozy atmosphere in the room.

The rooms felt outdated and in need of repairs. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom areas left something to be desired, with corners and cracks not properly cleaned.

The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the old town. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This hotel was absolutely luxurious. the exclusive amenities were everything I needed and more. the massage services offered were divine and the full body massage was especially heavenly. I also enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and taking in the beautiful garden area. the room advantages were exactly what I was looking for, with private facilities that truly made me feel pampered. the in-room breakfast was tasty and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.

The only minor issue I encountered was a lack of special diet menus in the restaurant. this small drawback was more than made up for by the exceptional service I received from the staff.

We find ourselves in the heart of a charming town, surrounded by a thriving shopping district that adds to the overall attractiveness of the location. Exploring the Old Town is made easy due to the hotel's central position. The rooms, particularly the junior suite, offer a comfortable stay, with modern features. The bathrooms are well-maintained and pleasant. The staff members are friendly and attentive, making the service enjoyable. The breakfast buffet, although not outstanding, provides a decent start to the day.

The food options in the hotel's bar are disappointing.
